My Mission

To engage you in your own health journey by making healthy choices accessible, empowering, educating, and guiding you towards optimal health.

About Me

I was first drawn to Naturopathic Medicine because of its philosophy which blends new scientific knowledge with past healing traditions, a combination that provides a balanced approach to health and wellbeing. I practice Family Medicine and believe that it is never too early or too late to start optimizing your health. Although I treat patients of any age, I have a particular interest in Digestive Health, Dermatology, and Environmental Medicine.

I began my studies at the University of Windsor before moving to Toronto to study at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. I am licensed through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and I am an active member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, as well as the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors.

Health education has taken many forms outside of clinical practice. I have had the opportunity to appear on Rogers TV Revivelife and CTV Morning Live, and provide health seminars as a speaker for both Well Street and Optimum Talent.

When I am out of the office, I strive to find balance and simplicity in the wonderful chaos of family life. I love having hilarious adventures with my three children, spending time in nature, discovering new recipes to help process my abundant garden harvest, and on rare occasions, I might even get the chance to quietly enjoy a cup of tea.

Why I Love My Job

I love working with patients and being able to witness them become well. Becoming a Naturopathic Doctor has allowed me to combine my passions for helping others, education and natural living into a profession. Through my hard work and yours, we can get you on your way to feeling well again.

The Art of Living:
As with any art, life is always evolving. Currently I strive to find balance and simplicity in the wonderful chaos of family life. Out of the office she can be found crafting with her three children, enjoying the outdoors, in the kitchen processing her abundant garden harvest or on a rare occasion, quietly enjoying a cup of tea.

How Homeschooling My Kids Made Me a Better Naturopathic Doctor

One could say that I did not take the traditional road to becoming an ND.  I traveled for a bit, I went to University for a year, I traveled a bit more but when I finally discovered Naturopathic Medicine I was convinced.  This is what I wanted to do – helping others through a philosophy of medicine that I truly believed in.  No more breaks.  I went straight from completing my undergrad to Naturopathic College.  It was rigorous, it was stimulating, it was overwhelming and [...]
